“I can’t really say that having a colonoscopy is a pleasure, but I couldn’t have been made more comfortable and it was a relatively pain-free experience. Every single member of the team, from the staff at reception to the super kind nurses before, during and after the procedure- expertly carried out by Madhav Menon, was easy and mostly pain-free. “All the staff are amazing. First visit and i couldnt praise you guys enough. From checking in to waiting i was looked after very well. All staff members were amazing i only managed to get Maria’s name who was an absolute gem. Ensured i was comfortable throughout the appt and stayed by my side. Honestly, i felt like i’ve known Maria for ages just by how well she looked after me. Maria as well as the staff on duty all deserve extra annual holidays, pay increases and definitely some recognition. The only sad thing is that i may not see the team again but well done and hope you have a lovely new year :)”
